Thomas Griggs worked with the faculty at the Montessori School of Raleigh during the 2011/2012 academic year. As Head of School during that transition year, I am in debt to him for his superb work in healing a faculty that was riven with division and doubt. Thomas helped us learn how to rebuild our school community and to heal old wounds. His steady and confidence-building approach worked wonders with our group of nearly 60 professionals.
