Our team has experience in organizational and human resource development including crisis management, leading inclusive diversity and change initiatives, working with troubled employees, facilitating large group events and conferences, improving effectiveness and efficiency of development review systems, designing and facilitating board retreats, and more. With experienced senior consultants across the US, Griggs Leadership has responded effectively to a broad range of organizational and human resource needs in every sector of the economy.

We work with clients to provide services locally and internationally, with our principal offices adjacent to the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. Our faculty are experienced as business owners, start-up company founders, Fortune 100 executives and organizational consultants.


Our custom programs use your organization’s emerging challenges as our primary text in a real-time learning laboratory. This unique approach develops advanced and enduring executive leadership skills while also accomplishing extraordinary business results during the life of the programs.

Programs typically run for six to twelve months in a negotiable format for each client based on your specific needs utilizing a range of adult learning strategies, including individual, pairs and whole team dynamics. We pride ourselves on our expertise in tackling situations that are deemed impossible or hopelessly complicated.
