Organizational Development and Social Change, Part 2
Welcome back to this series of podcasts on Leadership, Learning and Transformation.
Previously, I spoke about what motivated me to pursue a career as a professional consultant in Organizational Development and Social Change. Today I would like to talk about the path of education and professional experience that brought me here: what I learned from my life’s teachers and how these teachings became the roots of the model that I use to support sustainable social change.
I’ll pick up the thread of my educational narrative midway through my junior year of college. That is when I got serious about studying and enjoying the process of learning. I know some people still question the utility of a broad liberal arts education. Through it, I learned the art of The Story.
